What does this role involve?

Typical duties include:

  • Designing training programmes tailored to the organisation
  • Conducting training sessions, workshops and other learning opportunities
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programmes by gathering feedback and measuring improvements in performance
  • Overseeing the budget required for training programs
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to design and deliver training programmes

Qualifications

  • GCSE grades A*-C
  • A-Levels
  • Learning and Development or other relevant Foundation Degree

  • Level 4 NVQ, equivalent Level 5 Diploma or equivalent Level 5 Higher Apprenticeship in Learning and Development or related subject
