What does this role involve?
Typical duties include:
- Designing training programmes tailored to the organisation
- Conducting training sessions, workshops and other learning opportunities
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programmes by gathering feedback and measuring improvements in performance
- Overseeing the budget required for training programs
- Collaborating with stakeholders to design and deliver training programmes

Qualifications
- GCSE grades A*-C
- A-Levels
- Learning and Development or other relevant Foundation Degree
- T Level in Learning and Development or related subject
- Level 4 NVQ, equivalent Level 5 Diploma or equivalent Level 5 Higher Apprenticeship in Learning and Development or related subject
