What does the role entail?

I bring lots of different people together across the business, to help fix buildings, plan events and keep the trains running.

What was your educational pathway?

I studied sociology, art and business at A-Level, then studied media and communication, and social research at university – and came to Network Rail through the graduate scheme.

What do you love about the role?

I’m constantly learning and working with new people. And because most teams at Network Rail need project management, I have more opportunities to develop.
