What does the role entail?
As a communications officer in rail, I coordinate clear, timely information between operations teams, passengers, and the public to keep everyone informed, especially during disruptions or emergencies.

What was your educational pathway?
I hold a BSc in International Business Management and an MSc in International Marketing Management. My career began as a Marketing Assistant in a law firm before naturally evolving into comms, where I’ve built f experience spanning internal and external comms.
What do you love about the role?
I thrive on the variety and fast pace of the work. Collaborating with stakeholders, shaping narratives, and keeping audiences engaged is what keeps me motivated.
