What does this role involve?

Typical duties include:

  • Developing and implementing social media content calendars and strategies to drive engagement and brand awareness
  • Creating content for social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Monitoring and responding to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms
  • Staying up to date with social media trends and algorithm changes
  • Collaborating with others in the marketing team to ensure consistency
