What does this role involve?
Typical duties include:
- Designing and improving manufacturing processes
- Using their expertise to design and implement new manufacturing systems, such as automation or robotics
- Conducting research to identify new materials, technologies and processes
- Providing technical support to other teams

Qualifications
- STEM subjects at GCSE grades A*-C
- A-Levels in relevant subjects
- Engineering or relevant Bachelor’s degree
- Level 4 NVQ or equivalent T Level in Engineering or related subject
- Level 6 Diploma or equivalent Degree Apprenticeship in Engineering or related subject
- Relevant engineering-specific health and safety qualifications
