What does this role involve?
Typical duties include:
- Designing and improving production processes
- Managing resources such as machines and materials
- Developing safety procedures to ensure workers are safe
- Collecting and analysing data to make improvements to the production process

Qualifications
- STEM subjects at GCSE grades A*-C
- A-Levels in relevant subjects
- Engineering or relevant Bachelor’s degree
- Level 4 NVQ or equivalent T Level in Engineering or related subject
- Level 6 Diploma or equivalent Degree Apprenticeship in Engineering or related subject
- Relevant engineering-specific health and safety qualifications
