About this Job
As an Industrial Engineer, or Design and Development Engineer, you will work to improve the production process and optimise performance and efficiency. Your primary duties will include conducting industry research, analysing research data and designing new systems of operation.

Qualifications
- STEM subjects at GCSE grades A*-C
- A-Levels in relevant subjects
- Engineering or relevant Bachelor’s degree
- Level 4 NVQ or equivalent T Level in Engineering or related subject
- Level 6 Diploma or equivalent Degree Apprenticeship in Engineering or related subject
- Relevant engineering-specific health and safety qualifications
