What does this role involve?

Typical duties include:

  • Work on a wide range of projects related to air, water and soil quality, waste management and sustainability
  • Develop and implement solutions to mitigate the negative impacts of human activities on the environment
  • Advise on environmental regulations
  • Manage environmental projects

Qualifications

  • STEM subjects at GCSE grades A*-C
  • A-Levels in relevant subjects
  • Engineering or equivalent/relevant Bachelor’s degree
  • Level 4 NVQ or equivalent T Level in Engineering or related subject
  • Level 6 Diploma or equivalent Degree Apprenticeship in Engineering or related subject
  • Relevant engineering-specific health and safety qualifications
