What does this role involve?
Typical duties include:
- Creating schedules and assigning train routes to drivers
- Ensuring that all train drivers on their team are properly trained and certified
- Monitoring train driver performance and providing coaching and feedback
- Working with other departments to ensure that trains are running smoothly and on time

Qualifications
- GCSE grades A*-C
- A-Levels
- Train driving or other relevant Foundation Degree
- Higher National Diploma
- T Level in Train Driving or related subject
- Level 4 NVQ, equivalent Level 5 Diploma or equivalent Level 5 Higher Apprenticeship in Train Driving or related subject
- Relevant driver-specific health and safety qualifications
