About this Job
Data Analysts turn information into business insights by assessing and evaluating data. This enables senior staff and stakeholders to make informed decisions. They are logical, good at problem solving and enjoy maths and IT.

Qualifications
To become a Data Analyst, you could complete a:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics or a related subject
- Level 6 Degree Apprenticeship in Data Analytics or a related subject
- Level 4 NVQ or equivalent T level in Data Analytics or a related subject.
You’ll usually need 4 or 5 GCSEs at grades 9 to 4 (A* to C) and A levels, or equivalent. There are options available for anyone without these qualifications.
