What does this role involve?
Typical duties include:
- Conducting inspections during construction to ensure safety and building regulations are being met
- Writing reports on inspections
- Investigating complaints
- Communicating with stakeholders – such as contractors, architects and property owners

Qualifications
- STEM subjects at GCSE grades A*-C
- A-Levels in relevant subjects
- Level 4 NVQ, Diploma or equivalent T Level in Construction, Engineering, Surveying or related subject
- Level 3 Apprenticeship in Construction, Engineering, Surveying or related subject
- Level 4 Higher Apprenticeship in Construction, Engineering, Surveying or related subject
