About this Job
Customer Service Assistants help people who have questions or complaints. Their duties can include a range of customer-orientated tasks either at a station, over the phone or on a help desk. They are great at listening, have excellent verbal and people skills and can remain cool, calm and collected.
Role Overview

- Handling customer enquiries
- Resolving customer issues
- Processing orders and transactions

- Escalating issues
Qualifications
- GCSE grades A*-C
- A-Levels
- Higher Education Diploma
- T Level in Customer Services, Operations or related subject
- Level 3 NVQ, Diploma or equivalent Advanced Apprenticeship in Operations or related subject
