What does this role involve?

Typical duties include:

  • Designing and overseeing the construction of buildings, roads, bridges, tunnels and other infrastructure projects
  • Maintaining existing structures

  • Ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations
  • Managing project teams and supervising work
  • Keeping up to date with new technologies

Qualifications

  • Level 6 Diploma or equivalent Degree Apprenticeship in Engineering or related subject
  • Relevant Engineering-specific health and safety qualifications
