Routes into Rail partnered with CareerMap as part of National Apprenticeship Week to hear the voices of apprentices from across the rail sector.

Chaired by Mike Falconer,  Skills Manager at NSAR, the panel included four apprentices from different disciplines across rail. Rhiannon from Network Rail has been undertaking an apprenticeship in Finance. Ryan is nearing the end of his apprenticeship with Amey in engineering, working on some of the biggest construction projects in the North West. Jade also works with Amey, but her apprenticeship was in Project Management. Finally Matthew is in the first six months of his Customer Service apprenticeship with Great Western Rail.
