What does this role involve?
Typical duties include:
- Designing and developing products that meet customer needs
- Creating prototypes of the products and testing them
- Working closely with manufacturing teams
- Monitoring the performance of the product and making improvements

Qualifications
- STEM subjects at GCSE grades A*-C
- A-Levels in relevant subjects
- Engineering or relevant Bachelor’s degree
- Level 4 NVQ or equivalent T Level in Engineering or related subject
- Level 6 Diploma or equivalent Degree Apprenticeship in Engineering or related subject
- Relevant engineering-specific health and safety qualifications
