About this Job
Product Engineers evaluate the product needs of a company and develop products that reflect their brand or customer base. Duties include brainstorming product ideas and material needs with the production or sales teams, designing product blueprints and overseeing the manufacturing process for products. Product Engineers are creative thinkers who have great problem-solving and project management skills.

Qualifications
- STEM subjects at GCSE grades A*-C
- A-Levels in relevant subjects
- Engineering or relevant Bachelor’s degree
- Level 4 NVQ or equivalent T Level in Engineering or related subject
- Level 6 Diploma or equivalent Degree Apprenticeship in Engineering or related subject
- Relevant engineering-specific health and safety qualifications
