About this Job
Commercial and Property Managers are responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of buildings and offices. They have a good understanding of business needs and the local economy, as well as budget management experience. If you have good communication and administrative skills and the ability to interpret data, Commercial and Property Manager could be the role for you.

- Property maintenance

- Reporting on property performance
Qualifications
- GCSE grades A*-C
- A-Levels in relevant commercial and/or property subjects
- Commercial and/or Property or relevant Foundation Degree
- T Level in Commercial and/or Property related subject
- Level 4 NVQ or equivalent
- Level 5 Diploma or equivalent Level 5 Higher Apprenticeship in Commercial and/or Property related subject
