What does this role involve?
Typical duties include:
- Property maintenance
- Financial management – including creating and managing budgets, paying bills, and collecting rent payments
- Ensuring the property is compliant with laws and regulations
- Managing potential risks to the property, including fire and burglary

Qualifications
- GCSE grades A*-C
- A-Levels in relevant commercial and/or property subjects
- Commercial and/or Property or relevant Foundation Degree

- Level 5 Diploma or equivalent Level 5 Higher Apprenticeship in Commercial and/or Property related subject
